Team Rubicon is a veteran-led humanitarian organization that serves global communities before, during, and after disasters and crises.
Recon-Advon Training (10am-2pm): After disaster strikes, our Recon-Advon volunteer teams are the first on the ground, providing real-time intel to our mission planning team. This class will walk Greyshirts through surveying damage, determining unmet need and scope of work, best practices for meeting with local officials, and how to support the standup of a response operation.
Lunch will be provided.
Join us afterwards for an optional Happy Hour at the Mid City Yacht Club's bar and enjoy up to two beers/glasses of wine on TR!
