City Year New Orleans

City Year is an education-focused nonprofit organization that partners with six public charter schools in New Orleans to help keep at-risk students in school and on-track to high school graduation. 

Through the Whole School Whole Child Program, corps members commit a year of full-time service to provide additional in-class and after-school support to ensure that more of New Orleans' students who are the most academically challenged, have the extra resources to get them back on track in school.
